NEW HOMES

• The existing condemned building built on sand was removed and geotechnical engineering required 20 x 6m piers drilled to stabilize on rock.
• The new building is three storeys, all brick veneer with a metal roof.
• The house featured extensive use of marble, and a feature hardwood staircase
• The final result was a four bedroom, two bathroom home utilizing the new dorma to the attick space to capture adjoining park and city views.
