ALTERATION & ADDITION, DECKING

• This project required an ultra modern alteration of the internal space to a heritage listed Grand Victorian terrace.
• Works included modification of walls, floors and ceilings to include three bathrooms, kitchen, new windows and doors to the rear with aneeta inserts, and a feature deck with glass roof
• Features included restored 155mm NZ Cowrie floorboards, stainless steel benchtops and splashback, square set ceilings and bulkheads, rendered and whiteset walls, linear floor grates and honed bluestone floor tiles with pentrating sealers.
