ALTERATION & ADDITION
- Originally built in 1920 this three storey terrace had a major damp problem and Designer Derrick MacRae asked AOCA to rectify the rising damp and mould problems.
- AOCA rebuilt the gound and subfloor entirely, and under the house a comprehensive concrete blinding was poured that directed water to collect in a large pit with float activated sump pump.
