NEW HOME, DECKING

• This 76m2 terrace was gutted and the final result was a three storey 220m2 home featuring 4 bedrooms, three bathrooms and four living areas
• We removed 100 tonnes of bricks and excavated for installation of a 5000L water tank under the ground floor kitchen, re-using storm water to the laundry, and three toilets.
• Features included restored gas fireplaces, underfloor gas heating, spa baths, mood lighting, floor to ceiling built ins and joinery, exposed 100yr old ex-mudgee railway station ironbark beams, restored 1930 sandstock bricks to the kitchen splashback, brushbox flooring and turned brushbox staircase handrails.
