ALTERATION & ADDITION

• After sacking the architect AOCA overcame height restrictions by manufacturing custom made steel and timber trusses.
• Where the client was hoping to minimise cost 90% of the original Californian Bungalow required rebuilding.
• Externally we completed all landscaping and over 190m3 of contaminated fill was removed from the backyard.
• The end result was a five bedroom, three bathroom home with all new ground floor living, dining, laundry and kitchen areas.
