NEW HOME, DECKING

• We demolished most of the original 2 bedroom Californian Bungalow and excavated 180m3 of soil to the rear of the property.
• To the front we built a new carport, raised the roof, added a feature gable and extended the building footprint to include a dorma window off the main bedroom.
• The final result was a four bedroom, two bathroom, split level home with kids play room, master ensuite, internal laundry, and wc with landscaped gardens, brick fencing and Australian hardwood decking around the renovated pool.
• The project featured a two storey internal atrium with vaulted ceiling framed around custom made steel trusses.
• AOCA modified the exisiting architectural, stormwater and structural design to suite the site and clients requirements.
