NEW HOME

• AOCA demolished the existing home leaving one brick wall standing.
• A double brick ground floor with extensive steel structure allowed for a two storey internal lightwell, four bedroom, two bathroom home with internal laundry and external double carport
• The second floor extension was a foam veneer with texture coat finish and along the northern boudary we had to add an extra layer of blueboard over the foam for fire rating
• The entire ground floor was laid in 6 inch select brushbox
