ALTERATION & ADDITION, DECKING

• Architect Andrew Scott from ASARCH required the existing ground floor kitchen, laundry and bathroom to accommodate wheelchair access.
• In keeping with the homes heritage value and original grand style an oversized western cedar door lead from the kitchen to make use of a new suspended hardwood deck.
• Features included mood lighting over flawless whiteset walls, beech veneer joinery, glass mosaics, mother of pearl handles, and wheelchair access onto a custom designed shower seat and wall hung pan.
